Other than infant formula frequently being listed amongst the donated supplies that are being sent to tsunami victims, this is the first mention of how the infant formula is being used in the relief effort. (I have a Google News Alert for "infant formula" that collects these stories).

"An IsraAID delegation has also been teaching mothers how to properly use the infant formula to feed their children. As a result of the tsunami many women were traumatized and no longer able to properly breastfeed. On Sunday, over 60 mothers brought their children, aged ½ year to 3, to the Israeli camp. They wished to learn how to properly maintain hygiene while feeding their children with the infant formula provided by the Israeli feeding center. Word has spread, and each day new parents arrive."
