Dear Dr. Baeza,

I don't think you have done anything wrong. I am assuming that after a week
of domperidone that her supply is not responding?

I would do some blood tests to rule out any underlying etiology of low milk
supply. TSH, testosterone, HcG and prolactin levels. In addition, I would
have her take fenugreek (if not already). Some kids will take more in at the
breast if they are latched on the breast alone for a few minutes then have the
supplementer inserted. But I also think this mom is going to have to get more
stimulation in order to increase supply. Good luck, Chris
