Hi there friends.  I'm still trying to dig my way out of computer disaster
land, but I REALLY need the citation to the statistic of the infant
mortality rate that 2.9 babies die out of every 3.0 babies who are formula
fed in developing countries.  Please can someone send me the full citation
with author, date, publication and page.  Thank you so much.  I need this
for a meeting tonight.
