Anne said,

Hand foot and mouth disease lesions are not likely to go to the breast.
The lesions go to the mouth, hands, feet, and genital/perineal area.
Moms usually get lathered with saliva from their crying upset children
who have mouth pain, and I never see lesions on arms, cheeks, and other
places where the crying child rest's his/her head on mom. Therefore, I
doubt these lesions would go to the breast either. In addition, after
seeing myriad cases of hand foot and mouth for 20 years, I've never seen
a case on the breast/nipple. I can't say its impossible, but highly
unlikely.

I have a lovely picture of lesions all over the breast that one of my
students sent me. So while probably very unlikely, never say never.
