I don't have a copy of this article - if someone has could they please
answer the following questions: If the baby is feeding less than 4 hrly and
suckling for at least 15 mins per feed does pacifier use impact on LAM as a
contraceptive?  What if the pacifier is only used as the baby goes to sleep?
Do babies need to suckle at the breast for a certain amount of time?
What about those babies who suck their thumbs, but still are breastfed and
thriving?
This makes recommending LAM to be very complicated and the current
guidelines don't mention this.
