At our monthy Healthy Babies Healthy Mothers Coalition meeting yesterday,
one of the members who works for WIC at the Texas Dept. of Health showed us
a great business card. It has a synopsis of the Tx Breastfeeding rights
legislation on the front side and some contact info for the Dept. of Health
on the back. It is a perfect material to distribute to doctors offices,
place in hospital discharge packs, etc. so that new moms in Texas can carry
in their wallets. Then they can whip it out and flash it if hassled about
public breastfeeding.

I think this is a fabulous and relatively inexpensive solution that anyone
in a state with bfg rights could duplicate for distribution. If your state
doesn't have rights that protect publically breastfeeding women, then your
community bfg advocates should contact coalitions in states that do have
such legislation and find out how to draft and pass it in your own state.
It is very do-able.
