Hola everyone,

The above address is a fabulous document put together by the Spanish
Association of Pediatricians (Asociación Española de Pediatría, AEP).  I
hand it out all all of the LLL meetings and it is wonderful to have
EVERYTHING backed up by the AEP (rather than "just info" from a foreign
organization).  The nurses at a health center where I was doing the LLL
meetings now hand it out to all of the pregnant moms during the class on bf.

It REALLY says things like...."the worst kind of help is offering a
supplemental bottle; feed "on demand", do not become "obsessed" with weight
gain, exclusive bf until 6 mos., and all kinds of other good things that
moms do NOT hear from other HCPs.  It is SHORT and SIMPLE.

I did not think that there would be so many people interested in something
in Spanish and I sent Kika a message off-list.  Now I am seeing everyone
asking for her Spanish handout.  So, if any of you would like another,
backed up by the AEP, check out the page above!
