As always, Marsha Walker has provided useful and detailed information on how the costs of this product are increased and increased - including theft!  We must also remember that "marketing" inclues the "free" gifts of large quantities of these products.  Free to some, but they and/or other buyers pay for it exponentially in the longer term.  All of which adds to the price, which leads to thefts, which add to the price... and so it goes up and up.
