There's a major difference in the swelling before and after the induction.
Generally the swelling is significantly more noticeable about 24 hours after
the induction.  It's dreadful.  And it happens in women who are not being
induced for pre-eclampsia.

I think it's a combo of the Pit + excess fluids from a prolonged epidural.

Whatever it is, it's nasty.
