An LC friend wants to know what all of you would recommend for use of
metoclopramide and other galactagouges - i.e. when would you introduce its
use after other milk enhancing practices were tried? one week? three weeks?
 She was told by another LC that they always wait 3 wks.  BTW she is working
with a mom with breast reduction surgery - would you recommend its use in
this case?
