Re J. Thompson's thrush mom: Has your mom used any other topical treatment on
her nipples. Although it should be wiped off before a feeding(gently) it
often addresses *her* side of the problem. Someone told me Nystatin doesn't
work on nipples. I'm not sure that makes a lot of sense. Afterall, vaginas
and nipples are both mucous membranes tissues. But certainly if it isn't
effective she should try a different topical before going systemic IMHO.
