Thank you to all who responded to my request for help last week.  The mother 
of 10 week old twins is now pain free.  I had suggested the possibility of a 
posterior tongue tie and Karen Seroussi also mentioned the possibility of a 
secondary bacterial infection and tissue damage from this baby's strong suck.  
She followed all your suggestions and on the 25th she had a posterior tongue 
tie clipped and everything is going better now.  The baby still needs to learn 
to suck correctly without pulling so hard but improvement is definitely 
occurring so thank you everyone.  Bobbie
