Personally, I would try eliminating the peanut butter for a few weeks and 
see if derm improves.  Easy enough to do.  I don't make blanket statements 
about any foods unless there is a problem and then try to ferret out if it 
is a food mom is eating or an  outside environmental thing etc. I would also 
stop all "baby" products and use a bland soap like Aveeno, Dove, Lever 2000 
or cetaphil and see if that helps.
