We recently have discussed this topic so try to check in the archives.
Usually the problem of a somewhat reduced supply is due to less frequent
and less intense nursing.  One of the things I also always ask women is
if they are or could be pregnant.  Particularly without the night
nursings the LAM method is not reliable.  (You might also want to check
the archives for information about LAM).
