I have a new Mom who plans to start on high dose aldactone (200mg qd-she
thinks) for its anti-androgen properties as a treatment for hair loss.
Although reported in Hale as safe for nursing mothers, the normal dosages are
traditionally much lower......are there concerns with the higher dosage?
