Hi Jane,
as Nancy has said, no effect at all. In fact, not even to the breast if the
mom were to receive external irradiation for a tumor in the chest. Radiation
has no effect on milk, as Nancy has mentioned. Effect on breast tissue would
depend on the level of dose and quality of colimation.
