Marie,
Is it possible that these little babies were getting more foremilk with
the lower fat content because of the continuing engorgement? As I recall,
you said that they had difficulty in pumping, but if they could pump and
obtain some hindmilk to supplement the baby, might this reverse the slow
weight gain situation? Just a thought. What a challenge!
