Dear Brenda,

I created my own forms, with my logo on each, simply so I could alter them
as needed. I also enjoy the ability to print them in small numbers when I
need them, rather then having to order large quantities and being stuck
with them.

I haven't heard of the TLC software but would love to hear your experience
with it if you do choose to go with that method of documentation.

Are you aware of the Private Practice Lactation group?
