The best resource for info on twins, IMHO, is Karen Gromada ([log in to unmask]). Good books are "Mothering Multiples" available from La Leche League, and Barron's "Keys to Parenting Twins." From what I understand, the breastfeeding mechanics is the easy part. The hard part is coping 24 hours a day with TWO babies. After hearing Karen speak on several occasions, I realize that the twin experience is very different from parenting one baby at a time. I am comfortable helping with the BF part, but every twin mom needs another twin mom to talk to. Again, IMHO.
