Jennifer, do you think maybe you could clone yourself and send her my way
to be on staff. We have an old time peds as dept chair who thinks formula is
wonderful and one of the new neonatologist is the one who came up with our
new hypoglycemia protocol so that we are now treating double the number of
babies for "hypoglycemia" symptomatic or not because he has a son who has
some learning disabilaties that he swears is from his son being "starved" in
the beginning when his wife and child were learning to breastfeed. I have
even put some breastfeeding friendly pictures up around the unit, which in no
way competes with the Ross AND Mead items that are left around, yet someone
has been taking them down. HELP Sherry WeersingRNC
