Many hospitals "save" a lot of money by taking gift bags, b/c in return they
get free AIM for their nurseries and NICU's. This adds up to a lot of money.
They tend to be unwilling to think long-term: if they stopped promoting AIM,
then they wouldn't need it for their nurseries, since most mothers would bf.
