The dietician in our NICU has just adopted a baby.  She wants to try to induce lactation.  She has never been pregnant. She has started taking Fenugreek 3 tabs 3 times a day.  She is pumping q 2-3 hours for 15-20 minutes with a  double electric breast pump.  She is going to check with her OB about Reglan.  Is there anything else I can tell her to succeed?  She is aware that she will probably not be able to supply enough breastmilk to exclusively BF.  I did send her a SNS to use as well.  
I would appreciate any and all help with this.
