I've been discussing the Medela issue with an advocate friend, and the one
point we kept coming back to was this:

Has all the research made any difference to breastfeeding rates worldwide ?
what difference has this research made to breastfeeding women ?

A huge industry has been built around breastfeeding, and we have government
funded helplines..
but has there been a decline in exclusive breastfeeding rates at 6 months in
your country ?

I'm very curious to know what difference there has been in the last 5-10
years ?
