Lipase in milk will break down fats to fatty acids, which smell rancid 
and tastes sour to moms. In reality, babies rarely have trouble drinking 
such milk. The milk is not bad for the baby, and  free fatty acids have 
been shown to be strong antioxidants and good for the baby.
