How about this reply:
"Oh, didn't you know that bf is recommended .... or that bf provides....."
and add "you must have missed that whole lecture series in medical school" or
"you must have missed that part of your residency" or "you need to catch up
on the literature."

Mom x2 and "still" nursing 2.5 yr old - and BTW, I can't remember the last
time I've had either of these kids to the doctor.
