It is a crazy question.  If she is feeding responsively she will 
produce what her baby asks for. This could vary a lot.

My favourite study in this topic area is this one, which looked at 
babies aged up to six months:

KENT, J. C., MITOULAS, L. R., CREGAN, M. D., RAMSAY, D. T., DOHERTY, D. A. &
HARTMANN, P. E. (2006) Volume and Frequency of Breastfeedings and Fat
Content of Breast Milk Throughout the Day. Pediatrics, 117, e387-395.

Shows the volume of milk taken at any one feed in healthy, thriving 
babies varies between 0 ml (yes, zero!) and 240 mls.

So if your colleague wants to know how much milk the baby has, she 
can count up the number of feeds and then multiply by any number she 
chooses between 0 and 240....
