I agree with Loraine that this is unacceptable.

Highly unprofessional, and more than that, horribly unkind to the 
people in the audience who may well have had to use formula for their 
own chidren because of poor support, lack of information....whatever.

Mothers may use formula at great emotional cost to themselves, and 
feel very sensitive to this for decades. We can, and should, be 
honest about the differences between breastmilk and formula, and the 
different health outcomes of each, without actively disparaging 
formula in this casual way.
