please, ask the milk banks before assuming. yes, it is rare to have moms
producing dairy and soy free milk, but it does happen, and this is a perfect
example of baby who DOES need donor milk, if the right milk can be obtained.
work down the list, mom's milk from mom, mom's milk expressed, donor milk,
formula.
