Adderall is found in breast milk in microgram concentrations, which are 
quite low.
Adderall is found in breast milk below 10% weight adjusted dose, which is 
below the standard 10% guideline for presumed safety (below 10% being 
considered safe).
Adderall has a large volume of distribution, which means it in low 
quantities in breast milk.
Adderall has a half-life of about 6 hours, which means 95% is eliminated 
from plasma and breast milk in less than 12 hours.
Adderall peaks in breast milk in about 1-2 hours.
Therefore, plan of action:
Plan 1:
Breastfeed before taking dose (before going to work) and avoid breastfeeding 
for about 3 hours after taking dose.  Breastfeed after that as much as 
needed until next day's dose.  Monitor baby for POSSIBLE insomnia, 
irritability, poor feeding.
Plan 2 (If mother is not comfortable with Plan 1):
Breastfeed before taking dose before going to work and avoid breastfeeding 
for about 12 hours.   Breastfeed after that as much as needed until next 
day's dose.  Monitor as above in Plan 1.
Do NOT wean at this point.
