<< I too, looked at the LLLI brochure with interest but decided that I would
not attend this time ( I have attended several over the years--in fact I
was on the committee for the one held in Toronto in 1977 ) I too am
disturbed that it is at a facility that has Nestle connections and by
attending I would be supporting the Nestle enterprises.

The LLLI Conference is not in a Disney-owned Hotel - the facility has no
"Nestle connections" whatsoever.

There are many people who boycott Disney for various reasons that have nothing
to do with Nestle. Generally, they are not keeping money from Nestle by doing
so - just Disney. Nestle does not own Disney - Disney does not own Nestle.
Nestle does not benefit if, for example, somebody buys a t-shirt with a Disney
character printed on it or if an individual stays at a Disney hotel. Nestle
does benefit, if one buys Mickey Ice Cream Bars or participates in a Disney
tie-in with Nestle products.

If someone were to just attend the conference at the Dolphin (not owned by
Disney) and not pay admission to the theme parks or eat ice cream or chocolate
while down there (!), very little, if any, money would be passed on to Disney
(if one is boycotting Disney on other matters) or Nestle.
