Just by way of comparison, here in cold Bathurst, a country town in
Australia, one of the questions I used to ask was "Has your Dr examined
your breasts?"  Most of the time only 1- 0 out of 8 pregnant women have had
a prenatal breast exam.  I reassure them that it is not absolutely
essential and talk about inverted nipples so they are not uninformed, or
worried if they do hear of it being a problem.
