As Laurie W posted it could be other than OALD, but _if_ it is (weight
gain is good etc), it might be helpful for her to breastfeed several times
from one breast.

When my second one was born, we were drowning in milk at day 5, and by day
7 I had moved to "schedule" of using one breast at daytime, and the other
one at nights (ie. apprx. 12 h per breast). It worked very well for us for
several months (until we no longer needed this arrangement).
