    I want to second Rachel Myr's recommendation that everyone read what
Jean Cotterman has written about Reverse Pressure Softening.  This easy to
understand, explain, and use technique is fantastic for getting babies to
latch well during engorgement.  I wrote Jean to ask about it in a "Hmmm...
interesting... wonder if it works" mood a couple of years ago and wow!  I
have used it frequently (over-intervention at birth is rampant here), and
even with my own youngest (no intervention birth, but the most disorganized
suck I've ever seen).   In case you didn't check it out when Rachel posted,
