A question had been raised yesterday about where parents could go for
recourse regarding overpayment for infant formula. There are numerous actions
regarding price fixing but there are also class actions being filed on behalf
of the parents themselves. Many of the other actions were on behalf of the
retailers not the parents.

While browsing the Web, I found a site where attorneys are representing
parents who bought formula between Jan1, 1980 and Dec 31, 1992. The URL is
http://www.tiberias.com/formula/

The law firm will receive one third of the settlement if a cash settlement is
obtained! They claim parents could receive close to $1000 for each child
claimed in the action.

This should help raise the cost of formula even more!
