Good Day - I need some assistance from those who are billing for services 
through Medical using ICD-9 codes.  I am not a licensed nurse, nor an RD, 
just an IBCLC with a MS in Nutrition Ed that works in a small rural health 
department.  I would like to present to my MCAH director and/or Assistant 
Director of Services that breastfeeding consults are a billable service in 
some circumstances.  What simple resources and sites can I direct them to 
and/or approach them with so that I can possibly start seeing moms who are 
in need of services?  Basic information would be appreciative.  I am 
working with staff who have never heard of an IBCLC or Dr.Hale (as an 
example).
