Of course the formulas have more vitamins than breastmilk, it is an inferior
carrier of nutrition.
Ingrediant lists are meaningless. You have to consider bio-availability. A lot
of that stuff is not usable.
Iron is the nutrient I've seen the most research on. Because of carrier
protiens iron is best absorbed from breast milk (and so less is needed)-
poorly absorbed from cow-based formula- and soy formula is a little worse.
The problem with the list may not be inaccuracy, but irrelevance.
