Wendy I have a customer satisfaction survey I will gladly mail you.  I tried
the email address and it wouldn't go through.  We survey our clients at 6
months. We have fairly good return response even from the moms who
stopped-they still want validation for their efforts. It is sad to see the
reasons that caused some to quit. It is even worse to read some of the poor
advice they received. WHY DON'T THEY CALL?
