I need info on BF while on Avonex (interferon beta), used for pts w/ MS.
It's not in Hale 98-99, nor can I find anything else on the Web except
"consult your physician."  Does anyone have Tom Hale's e-mail address or
another way to contact him or other suggestions about how to get this info?
