Oversupply management. You may have to turn this down even though it's
great that you're a donor. I like the straddle hold to help babies manage
flow, where mother is sitting up also leaning back a bit. There could be
food sensitivity not sure if that would make the adenoids swollen, but I
certainly would start with classic oversupply management. I think babies
Chomp and clamp when they're trying to manage the flow. Be sure to reassess
the size of your flanges and also lubricate, possibly with extra virgin
coconut oil. For your sore nipples and vasospasm you very possibly have a
bacterial infection which needs systemic treatment. hope this is helpful.
