I definitely agree with the spirit in which this is written.  The only
problem is:  there are so many mothers today who don't know how to hold a
baby or are actually terrified of handling their babies that they honestly
need help at first to just hold the baby, let alone get in the shower with
the baby.  We could leave the parents alone to let them figure it out for
themselves, but most don't want that, and I think we should be teaching
them.  So, gloves needed.
