A thought:

Since the PDR is essentially nothing more than package inserts compiled in
one easy (?) reference by the drug companies that make the drugs, and formula
- at least Ross, Mead Johnson and Wyeth - are made by drug companies, it
would make cents to them to not include good studies on drugs and
breastfeeding and to make sure that women stopped bf for the duration of the
drug taking. Yes? Hence the final statement after almost all of their
sentences, "....taking into account the importance of the drug to the
mother." Not once does it say "...taking into account the importance of bf
to the baby."

Thanks Kathy A. for the great report on the A-R meeting. I was thinking
about you on Friday and wondering how it went. How many were there
picketing? I can't believe someone actually hit David on the head and
offered to beat him up in the parking lot. And they call US zealots!!
