Tonight, I received this confirmation from the IBLCE office in Washington  
concerning Pathway F.  "Pathway F will be available to exam candidates for the 
2008 exam  year.  Revisions to the Pathway F materials are underway and the new 
 editions will be posted [on the website] as soon as  possible."
