I went to a website address, originally obtained on Lactnet, which had 
useful step-by-step illustrated instructions for hand-expression (as 
well as some other good information), but  because that old link didn't 
work anymore, had to dig around to find its new location.  So, just to 
share, here is the new address:

Because the Lactnet archives are such a great resource, can I encourage 
people to post with an eye on posterity, and use a subject line that 
conveys information, and if one is providing a link, just a few words 
about what's at the site.  If the subject line is "this is shocking" and 
the message is "check this out -- it will make you crazy," that useful 
piece won't come up on a later search.
