I have to apologize for the error in my post a few weeks ago.  Yes, a rental
station may sell the pump in style for any price they want to but you may
have to pay a price.  Unfortunately, the PNS is a premier product and
legally, the company has the authority not to sell the product to the seller
if he/she choses to sell the product at a lower or higher price than the
suggested price.  The other Medela products, ie- manual pump, universal pump,
shells, etc.  may be sold at any price the rental station would like to set.
