There is an excellent webpage about Hepatitis that comes from Canada

You can find info on Hep A, B, C and G.  The FAQ about HepC has a
paragraph on breastfeeding with HepC.

LLLI also has a bibliography about HepC that is available through
your local LLL's Professional Liaison Department.

I don't have the new BF Answer Book, unfortunately, but I believe
the opinion is if a woman with HepC feels well enough to breastfeed she may do
so.
