Dear Lactnet Friends:

Were these exclusively breastfed babies who flowed into feeding themselves
solids?

Were the foods they were offered whole foods , and not processed foods full
of sugar, salt and chemicals?

I remember a study from a long time ago where children (toddlers) were
allowed to eat what they wanted and over the course of a week, ate a
balanced meal. As far as I can remember, they had whole foods to eat?

Were these babies in families where adult food habits led to overeating?

Humans are way more complicated than one study!

warmly,
