So theoretically then, based on this info from Peter Hartmann, mothers would
get more milk if they were single pumping and switching back and forth --
five minutes on each side a couple of times rather than double pumping for 10
to 15 minutes???

I thought studies years ago showed that mothers obtained more milk from
double pumping rather than single pumping.  Or was it just that it increased
prolactin production?  We know double pumping saves time, but does it
decrease the amount the mom gets?

On another topic, how I wish the headline in the Tribune this morning would
have read:  "Formula feeding instead of Breastfeeding Decreases IQ points by
an average of 6.6."  Oh, just IMAGINE the stir -- the letters to the editor
-- the cancelation of subscriptions!!!
