I have had great success with this bottle. (the Breastflow one) For
the babies who cant transfer the milk well, and require a different form of
delivery, this bottle has worked very well. I always teach paced feeding,
but this bottle takes some of that work away, as it is slower flowing. It
doesn't always work for the little preemies, but they can graduate to it. I
have had several babies who were pulling off the breast, crying, most likely
from the flow variance caused by the faster flowing bottles, who did very
well at the breast once transferring to this bottle. It also helps babies
to open wide.

Just my .02 worth!
