We are not (most of us, anyway) physicians, and it is not our perogative to
prescribe medications.  Nor is it safe to take dosing information off of a
public list such as this when anyone may write in anything.  That
information is written in texts (see Lawrence) or in articles in medical
journals (see archives for references.)  This information could be copied
from such a source and shared with a physician who was supervising the
mother's medical care.
