Dear Jan

The monoamine oxidase inhibitor antidepressants are not good for the
breastfeeding mother. They have lots of iatrogenic effects, lots of
interactions with other medications, and are told to decrease the milk
secretion. And there are no data about their excretion in milk. Phenelzine
is not used in France, and I have strictly no pharmacocinetic datas about
it.
